After touring the Atapuerca sites, visitors can get more of a feel for our cave-dwelling ancestors’ lives on a visit to one of the most emblematic recesses in the Railway Cutting, Peluda Cave. This is an easy-access route, suitable for all ages. It includes the natural spectacle of living tree roots dangling from the entire roof.
